BMG-2200 (The Bull) Ride on Concrete Grinder and Polisher

The largest ride-on concrete polishing machine in Europe. Featuring three powerful diamond grinding heads and variable grinding pressure, the BMG 2200 enables maximum coverage and grinding pressure across large-scale projects. The dust collecting system also features HEPA 14 filters, making it virtually dust-free according to OSHA regulations. Ride-on grinding/polishing is usually used in large-scale industrial projects.

Walk Behind floor grinder and polishers

We utilise the latest Husqvarna orbital grinding equipment to deliver excellent grinding and polishing performance. Walk-behind polishers can cover anywhere between 10-34 inches in a single pass, depending on how many discs they contain, making them ideal for commercial projects.

Hand-held Concrete Grinder and Polishers

Hand-held concrete grinders/polishers are used for edge work, corners and hard-to-reach areas.

The WJ Industrial Process

Initial assessment – A thorough analysis of the current state of floor

Surface preparation – Removal of any existing coatings and residues and repair of any cracks to ensure a clean and dry surface for grinding.

Grinding  – Using either the ride or walk-behind machinery we grind the surface to your desired specification

Densification application – A liquid densifier is applied to compact the floor’s components

Sealing – We apply a sealant to increase stain resistance and durability

Final polish – Final polishing is undertaken to ensure a high-quality finish
