On any project there are often unforeseen challenges; challenges that simply cannot be helped. The weather, for instance. On road maintenance projects when new line markings are being applied, or where new surfaces are being laid on runways – time is of the essence. Should the elements turn against you on your project, jet drying is the best method to ensuring your surfaces are dry in time, enabling you to continue with the next phases of your project.
WJ Industrial operates three of the only vehicle-mounted jet surface dryers in the UK and we are one of the very few businesses that can provide this service in the whole of Europe. Using jet aircraft technology, the dryer is capable of drying up to 1,500m2 in just one hour, with a drying path of two metres.
Where is it used?
Jet Drying is primarily used when wet surfaces halt production or operations across a range of sites and is suitable for projects and locations where time is of the essence:
- Road maintenance
- Bridge decks
- Airports
- Guinness World Record Attempts
- Filming
- Specialist projects
